every time i try to start up Microsoft Outlook, I get an error. I click on the details and get the following:

Appname: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.2616.0 ModName: mso.dll
ModVer: 10.0.2625.0 Offset: 0001bcf5


I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, used Pcresue to scan all files and fix any registry problems, but Outlook will still not run. Will run only in safe mode.

Anyone have any suggestions or solutions??
